Hassan is a real estate developer, investor, and material sourcer operating between Dubai, Muscat and Toronto. Hassan started his real estate development portfolio in 2016 in the Sultanate of Oman with his senior partners – HH Rawy Al Said and Muscat Hills International Developments (MHID). Since then, he has overlooked TMDC’s retail division overseeing the development of 700,000+ SQFT of development. Hassan’s vision is centered on curating destinations that serve not just as retail hubs, but as dynamic social ecosystems.

Prior to his transition into real estate, Hassan was the founder of RISH - Oman’s premier destination for elevated living solutions, offering a curated selection of high-end kitchens, appliances, wardrobes, vanities, and architectural materials. Hassan now forges exclusive European partnerships and seamlessly integrating these brands into his real estate developments—bridging the gap between property development and lifestyle design.

Beyond business, Hassan is a firm believer in giving back. He is actively involved with the Malik Family Foundation, where he leads initiatives that provide educational support to underprivileged children, with a particular focus on funding school tuition and resources. His philanthropic reach spans across multiple continents: in Dubai and Muscat, he supports regional drives for food security and youth mentorship programs; in Pakistan, he contributes to non-profit schools and healthcare foundations in underserved rural communities; and in Toronto, he partners with local shelters and after-school youth programs to help build brighter futures through education and empowerment.

Previously, Hassan worked in merchant investment management and corporate law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto, St. George.

Leena Malik leads the Canadian operations of The Malik Developments Corporation, overseeing the full spectrum of the company’s activities across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). From land acquisition and rezoning to servicing, construction, and sales, Leena ensures TMDC’s projects are executed with precision and purpose. She plays a key role in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver not only beautiful homes but also vibrant, sustainable communities.

Specializing in ultra-luxury residential developments—often exceeding 30,000 square feet—Leena brings an acute eye for design and detail to every project. She is known for her ability to identify exactly what materials to source and from where, drawing from a deep network of European and international partners to curate refined, high-quality finishes tailored to each home..

Leena also helms the company’s quality control and timely project delivery efforts, overseeing seamless property transfers and upholding TMDC’s high standards across all developments—from bespoke luxury estates to upcoming urban condominiums. She is currently driving a strategic initiative focused on expanding TMDC’s land portfolio and shaping the development blueprint for the next decade.

Prior to her work in real estate, Leena practiced corporate law in both Toronto and Oman, gaining invaluable expertise in regulatory structuring and high-level negotiations. She holds a degree from the University of Toronto, St. George, and brings both discipline and creativity to her leadership at TMDC.

Beyond the world of real estate, Leena is a passionate advocate for the arts and an active supporter of the Malik Family Foundation, where she contributes to programs focused on education and youth development.
