La Vie Club, formerly known as Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club, is the Sultanate of Oman’s first PGA-certified, fully green, 18-hole golf course. Envisioned by the late His Highness Kais Bin Tarik Al-Said and brought to life by celebrated golf course architect Paul Thomas of David Thomas and Associates, the course officially launched in 2006.
Spanning over 5 million square feet of natural wadi terrain, La Vie Club offers an exceptional 72-par, 6,383-meter championship course. With generous fairways, challenging escarpment shots, and panoramic views of the sea, lake, and the majestic Al-Hajar Mountains, it is one of the region’s most visually captivating golf destinations.
Complementing the course are over 400 luxury residences — including mansions, villas, and apartments — each offering prime views of the fairways. Residents enjoy access to world-class retail, dining, and entertainment outlets, as well as exclusive leisure facilities such as a clubhouse and a 400-meter floodlit driving range.
In 2015, Malik Developments, in collaboration with KMH Associates, introduced a curated collection of bespoke luxury villas along the fairways of La Vie Club. These architecturally distinctive homes range between 15,000 to 20,000 SQFT, with five- to seven-bedroom layouts situated on expansive plots between 18,000 and 30,000 SQFT. Each villa has been thoughtfully designed to deliver expansive interiors, premium finishes, ample private parking, and lush landscaped gardens.
