Construction is advancing at pace across key assets within Muscat’s New Downtown, with significant structural milestones being achieved at both Business Tower II and Muscat Hills Bazaar.

At Business Tower II, raft foundation works, reinforcement production and installation, and substructure development are all actively progressing—bringing the tower closer to delivering A-grade office and retail spaces within the first completed masterplan community.
