The motive behind creating Phase II was to build the most luxurious and exclusive villas, with the homeowner in mind,” a press release said.
In a press statement, Rawy Kais Al Said added, “We are glad to announce that forty premier residences, comprising an elegant mix of 4 and 5 bedroom villas, are nearing completion. All villas have contemporary exterior designs with elements of Omani architecture, and maximizing the use of internal space. The flow of the homes are well designed and have high ceilings, premium marble finishes, fully ducted air conditioning, built in wardrobes, premium European brand amenities and finishes. The additional feature of fully finished roof terraces and designated guest parking areas are appealing for social evenings”.
He further noted, “The spacious villas are featured with floor to ceiling glass windows in each room, allowing natural light to enter and also offering homeowners unobstructed panoramic views of the green golf course, water features, and the beauty of Oman’s natural landscape. Nearly all of the villas enjoy golf course views. There are six distinct types of villas, including Sacra, Carteri, Freana, Rivea, Acacia and, last but not least, the signature villa Regalis, each having their own separate identity to suit different tastes.”
The 18-hole PGA-certified golf course, designed by Paul Thomas, was intended to complement Oman’s natural landscape, so it was built on the foothills of Al Hajar Mountains, incorporating the carved canyon-like wadis with the remarkable view of the towering mountains and the Gulf of Oman. In addition to golf, Muscat Hills also offer its residents the opportunity to walk, jog and pursue other outdoor leisure activities around thirteen kilometers of cart track that flows through the course.
The development is designated as an Integrated Tourism Complex, which offers absolute freehold ownership and residency status to all purchasers, Omanis, GCC nationals, as well as expatriates.“For the exclusive few, the dream of owning prime real estate overlooking a golf course will now become a reality,” the press release declared.
