Construction at Muscat Hills Bazaar has reached another key milestone with the successful completion of a major concrete pouring operation. Over the weekend, approximately 2,300 cubic meters of reinforced concrete were poured for the raft foundation in Zone B, marking a significant step forward in the project’s structural works.

This phase follows the completion of excavation and ongoing foundation preparations, including steel fixation, waterproofing, and reinforcement works. With the raft foundation now in place, construction will continue to progress steadily across subsequent stages.

Once complete, Muscat Hills Bazaar will span 700,000 SQFT and feature 360 retail outlets supported by 1,500+ parking spaces, redefining the shopping and dining experience at The Boulevard by Muscat Hills. The development is on track for its planned delivery in 2026.
